Super admin reviews & approves remotely
The super admin receives a notification and reviews your request. Once approved, your chama is created and your admin account is set up automatically typically within 24 hours.

Receive login credentials via SMS

Pay the chama subscription
A flat fee of KES 500 plus KES 50 per active member. Choose monthly, twice-a-year, or yearly billing. Pay via M-Pesa STK push or enter a paybill code manually.

Activate your account
Once approved, pay your activation fee to unlock full access. This is either KES 50 (if your admin covers the flat fee) or included in the chama subscription depending on how your admin set it up.
